Our Story
FollowThrough Works started with a simple observation: businesses in the Sacramento metro were juggling too many technology vendors. One company for IT support, another for phones, a third for cameras, a fourth for access control — and none of them talked to each other. We set out to change that.
Our approach is straightforward: one problem, one decision, done right. We don't sell complexity. We design solutions that fit the way your business actually operates, install them cleanly, and manage them ongoing so nothing falls through the cracks.
Based in Folsom with deep roots along the Highway 50 corridor, we serve medical offices, retail locations, coworking spaces, breweries, and professional services firms throughout the Sacramento metro area. Every client gets a dedicated team that knows their facility, their systems, and their goals.
We also operate what we build. Granite City Workspaces, our coworking and event venue in Historic Downtown Folsom, runs on the same managed technology stack we install for clients — access control, smart cameras, managed WiFi, visitor check-in, and AV infrastructure. It's a live demonstration of everything we do, and members experience it every day.
