1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you fill out a form on our website — such as the Site Score request, contact form, or scheduling form — we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, and city. You may also provide optional information such as notes or a message describing your needs.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention), browser type and version, device type, pages visited and time spent on each page, referring website or source, and approximate geographic location based on IP address.
UTM and Campaign Data
If you arrive at our website through a marketing link, we may capture UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, and term) to understand how you found us. This information is associated with any form submissions you make during that visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request, schedule and conduct technology assessments (such as our Site Score walkthrough), communicate with you about our services, improve our website and user experience, prevent abuse and ensure the security of our systems, understand how visitors find and use our website, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and business:
Supabase
We use Supabase as our database provider to securely store form submissions. Data is stored in compliance with industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous website usage statistics. Google may process this data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Google Maps
Our website embeds Google Maps to display our office location. Google may collect data when you interact with the embedded map in accordance with their privacy policy.
Netlify
Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may collect server logs and technical data as part of providing hosting services.
GoHighLevel (GHL)
We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you submit a form on our website, your contact information and any details you provide are sent to GHL where we manage follow-up communication. GHL processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Microsoft Outlook Bookings
We use Microsoft Outlook Bookings to allow visitors to schedule appointments and consultations directly through our website. When you book an appointment, your name, email, phone number, and any details you provide are processed by Microsoft in accordance with their privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with our legal and business obligations. Contact form and Site Score submissions are retained to facilitate ongoing communication about our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), database-level security controls and access policies, rate limiting on form submissions to prevent abuse, and restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of analytics tracking, and withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
