Sponsorship & Branding Options

Charging kiosks double as sponsor inventory. Turn them into a branded revenue stream, offset your rental with a sponsorship trade, or configure them as a sponsor-funded attendee amenity. Digital ads and kiosk wraps are available on any event booking. Sponsorship trade is reviewed case by case for qualifying events only.

Digital Sponsor Ads & Kiosk Wraps

Available on any event

Every kiosk includes a digital display and wrap-ready body. Sell screen rotations and full-body wraps to your event sponsorswe handle design specs, production, and placement. Two paths depending on how you want to run it:

  • You sell placements into your own sponsor deck under a revenue share with FollowThrough Works.
  • We place an existing advertiser into available inventory and share revenue back to you.

Either path, all sponsor categories and creative are reviewed before placement.

Attendee Charging Experience

Configurable per event

Kiosks can be configured three ways selected in the event agreement:

  • Free to use (default). Attendees charge without payment. Sponsor logos and wraps display throughout.
  • Nominal usage fee. Kiosks collect a small per-use charge. Revenue split defined in your event agreement.
  • Lead-capture unlock. Attendees enter an email or scan a QR to unlock charging. Captured list delivered to you or your sponsor post-event. Premium add-on priced separately.

Sponsorship Trade

Qualifying events only not a standard discount

Some events qualify to offset a portion of their kiosk rental by bringing FollowThrough Works in as a sponsor of the event at a tier matching the offset amount. Approved trades typically cover up to 50% of rental; strategic ecosystem events may go higher.

Trade is reviewed case by case and most inquiries dont qualify. We look for:

  • A published tiered sponsor deck (not ad-hoc tiers)
  • Audience fit with our Folsom / Rancho Cordova / Hwy 50 corridor ecosystem
  • At least 3 weeks of pre-event promotion where FollowThrough Works appears
  • Tier math that works without inflating either sides numbers

We recommend booking at least two weeks before your event. For large festivals or multi-day conferences, four weeks gives us time to plan placement and logistics.
Each kiosk supports Lightning (iPhone), USB-C (Android, newer laptops, iPad), and Micro-USB cables. Wireless charging pads are available on select models.
Yes. All packages include signage wraps with your event or sponsor branding. The Professional and Enterprise packages also include digital displays that can rotate sponsor logos and messaging.
