Guest WiFi ran on the same network as member devices, creating security and performance issues. The manager was fielding 20+ WiFi and access help requests per week.

We deployed individual mobile credentials for all 80+ members, with 24/7 access scheduling per membership tier. Network was segmented into member, guest, and operational VLANs with managed firewall. Cameras with AI search were installed at entries and common areas. A visitor check-in kiosk replaced the manual sign-in for day-pass users.

Help desk calls dropped by more than half within the first month. The shared door code problem disappeared entirely. Members report significantly better WiFi performance. The manager can see occupancy, pull access logs, and review camera footage from one dashboard — and hasn’t fielded a single “WiFi doesn’t work” complaint since deployment.
